Creative Self-Care 1 is a 5 online experiential self-care sessions for parents using Art Therapy methods.
For many of us life can have a lot going on, that has us constantly pouring out our energy. When we are 24/7 on all that must be taken care of in any given day, we may become focused on what’s going on around us to such an extent that we forget about the ‘me’ that is experiencing it all.
Self-Care 1 – Wednesday 6th, 13th, 20th October, break for Halloween, Wednesday 3rd & 10th November 2021 from 10am-12pm.
