HOW TO ACCESS SERVICES
You can self refer or you can be referred by your post-adoption team via our contact details. Phone or email for a referral document or download from here. Complete the document as thoroughly as possible and tick as many boxes as you want. We will not be able to offer you every service your request, but we will be able to offer you something for yourselves, your children and your children’s school.
If you are currently receiving services from your post-adoption support team, therapeutic team or CAMHS we would want you to discuss your intention to use TESSA with them. In some cases you may be advised to wait until you complete work with them or we may be able to complement the support you are already receiving. Either way, your post-adoption team needs to know of your intentions so we don’t conflict with other service provision and we can complete any other services available to you.
